Traffic flow in the library can be controlled more effectively with the use of entrance and exit gates.
Plescon offers three options:
- Mechanical - the customer simply pushes the gate open to gain access into the library.
- Controlled - operates via a sensor and reflector, when a customer approaches the gate a beam is broken releasing the locked gate and allowing entry. Exit gates can be connected to the security system and if the alarm is activated the exit gate immediately locks.
- Automatic - fully automatic gate that opens when a visitor approaches the entrance or exit.
